However, there are still tendencies in colleges and universities that attach importance to the cultivation of students ’activists joining the party, neglecting the cultivation of young teachers’ enthusiasm for joining the party. Therefore, we must raise our awareness, implement our responsibility, improve the system and earnestly improve the cultivation of young teachers who join the party
