丙烯腈(AN)不仅是一种重要的高分子单体,而且是用途广阔的有机合成原料,工业和实验室合成法甚多。但由于AN是一个由乙烯基和氰基结合的具有共扼大π键的化合物,所以不论用何法制备,都存在着严重的自聚问题。在工业生产中,为了防止其自聚给生产带来损失,通常都要加入各种阻聚剂,如对苯二酚、对叔丁基邻苯二酚、一些胺类以及醌类化合物。但生产实践证明,这些阻聚剂的效果均不甚佳。因而迄今对丙烯腈阻聚剂的研究,仍然是国内外化学化工界所重视的课题。
Acrylonitrile (AN) is not only an important polymer, but also a versatile raw material for organic synthesis. There are many industrial and laboratory synthesis methods. However, since AN is a compound that has a large conjugated bond with a vinyl group and a cyano group, there is a serious problem of self-polymerization by any method. In industrial production, various polymerization inhibitors such as hydroquinone, p-tert-butylcatechol, some amines, and quinones are usually added to prevent their self-polymerization from losing their production. However, production practice has proved that these inhibitors are not very effective. So far, the research on acrylonitrile polymerization inhibitor is still a subject that the chemical industry in and abroad pays attention to.
