针对本体模型在应急领域应用中存在的类型界定不清晰与重用效果不佳等问题,本文面向城市灾害情景提出应急案例本体建模与重用方法,依知识类型与应用目的将应急案例本体分类,实现了对应急案例陈述性知识与过程性知识的独立表达和目标约束下案例的有效检索与重用修正。该方法不仅提升了应对方案制定的合理性,而且简化了繁琐的本体推理过程。最后,以Z市电网应对台风灾害为例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
Aiming at the problems of unclear definition and poor reuse of the ontology model in the field of emergency application, this paper proposes a method of ontology modeling and reuse for emergency cases in city disaster scenarios, and classifies the emergency case body according to the types of knowledge and purposes of application The independent expression of the declarative and procedural knowledge in emergency cases and the effective retrieval and reusing of the cases under the restraint of the target were revised. This method not only enhances the rationality of coping scheme formulation, but also simplifies the cumbersome ontology reasoning process. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by taking Z City’s power grid as an example to deal with typhoon disasters.
