近年来,日本汽车向减轻自重、节约燃料和安全性方向发展,已使用高强度合金化热镀锌(GA)钢板,其中590MPa级GA钢板具有低屈服比型和高屈服比型等。日本钢铁联盟JFS A 3011高屈服比型只有JAC590R。这种钢板中分散分布有细小碳化物,C≥0.10%时比其他钢碳当量高,其点焊接性能有潜在问题。川崎制铁公司技术研究所调整成分、降低C含量等不利元素,开发出点焊接性能良好的590MPa级高屈服比型GA钢板。新板材成分为(%)0.08C-0.02Si-1.9Mn,Pcm:0.21,普通材成分(%)0.15C-0.07Si-1.7Mn,Pcm:0.32。用上述成分生产1.4mm合金化热镀锌钢板,并对机械性能、点焊接性能进行了试验。

The new board composition was 0.08C-0.02Si-1.9Mn, Pcm: 0.21, 0.15C-0.07Si-1.7Mn for common wood, and 0.32 for Pcm: (%). 1.4mm alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheets were produced from the above ingredients, and the mechanical properties and spot welding performance were tested.
