先进制造系统的发展对过程监控的实时性和智能化提出了越来越高的要求。该文在分析传统监控方法的基础上，深入分析探讨了基于神经网络的制造系统状态监控系统的实时性和智能化问题，具体讨论了ＢＰ网用于柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）实时智能监控的应用，并给出了一个应用实例，说明了神经网络在先进制造系统实时智能监控系统研究中的应用。
The development of advanced manufacturing system puts more and more requirements on the real-time and intelligent process monitoring. Based on the analysis of traditional monitoring methods, this paper deeply analyzes and discusses the real-time and intelligent problems of manufacturing system condition monitoring system based on neural network. The application of BP network in real-time intelligent monitoring of flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is discussed in detail. , And gives an application example to illustrate the application of neural network in the research of real-time intelligent monitoring system of advanced manufacturing system.
