企业工会想要实现维护职工的合法权利和利益,就必须要依靠建立调整科学合理的劳动关系机制。作为代表工人合法权利和捍卫工人合法利益的工会,对维护和谐稳定的劳动关系应该进行充分的认识。要做好企业的工会工作,工作人员就必须要把发展和谐劳动关系作为头等大事来抓,只有建立企业良好的劳资关系,并遵循实事求是的原则进行科学合理的调整,实现企业与员工的互利共赢、和谐发展,才能为促进企业的稳定,建立和谐劳动关系起到积极作用。
