我单位原安装的电气设备,有不少多股铝芯电缆和多股铝芯导线,这些导线接头有的要与铜线头相接,有的要与设备的铜固定螺丝相接。过去我们采取的联接方法有三种:(1)在多股铝线头上套一个铜线耳,采用灌锡法;(2)多股铝线与多股铜线直接绑接;(3)铜、铝接头用铝夹板夹接。这三种接法都有着致命的缺点。灌锡法:当通过大电流时,接头处温度很高,灌锡脱掉,使线与接线耳完全脱离,造成设备单相运转。直接绑接法:接头处极易产生氧化
My unit originally installed electrical equipment, there are many multi-strand aluminum cable and stranded aluminum core wire, some of these wire connectors to the copper head phase, and some with the device of the copper fixing screw phase. In the past, we have three ways to connect: (1) a multi-strand aluminum wire head with a copper ear, using irrigation tin method; (2) multi-strand aluminum wire and multi-strand copper directly tied; (3) Aluminum joints with aluminum splint.
