总结了近年来高温减摩材料的固体润滑剂的研究进展。采用单一润滑剂可以提高熔点较高的金属如镍、钢金属基摩擦材料的抗磨损性能,通过常用润滑剂的组合,发挥了不同润滑剂之间的协同效应,进一步提高了材料的抗磨损性能;新型润滑剂如Ti_3SiC_2、SrSO_4等,在高温下具有低的硬度或生成的氧化产物具有润滑作用提高了材料的抗磨损性能。指出上述润滑剂可以在室温~1 000℃的范围内起润滑作用,有效地提高金属基摩擦材料的使用温度范围。
The research progress of solid lubricant for high temperature antifriction material in recent years is summarized. The use of a single lubricant can improve the wear resistance of higher melting metals such as nickel and steel-based friction materials. Through the combination of commonly used lubricants, the synergistic effect between different lubricants is exerted, further improving the wear resistance of the material New lubricants such as Ti_3SiC_2, SrSO_4 and so on, which have low hardness or oxidation products generated at high temperature, have a lubricating effect and improve the wear resistance of the material. It is pointed out that the above lubricants can lubricate at room temperature to 1 000 ℃ and effectively increase the service temperature range of metal-based friction materials.
