目的 :应用脑循环动力学检测仪 ( CVA)探测脑梗塞超早期血液动力学改变 ,与 CT比较 ,探讨 CVA对脑梗塞超早期诊断价值。方法 :对 1 2 8例超早期和急性期脑梗塞患者同时进行 CVA和 CT检查 ,比较两者间及与对照组检测指标的差异和相关性。结果 :1 CVA与 CT检测结果有一致性 ( P<0 .0 5) ;CVA阳性检出率高 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1 ) ,超早期 CVA阳性率 95.1 6% ,CT为 1 6.1 3% ;2 CVA检查异常侧与 CT及临床查体异常侧具有较高一致性 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1 ) ;3非腔隙性梗塞、多发性梗塞及超早期梗塞患者 CVA异常显著。结论 :CVA检测对脑梗塞超早期诊断具有敏感性、定侧性 ,对疾病超早期治疗、预后评估等具有重要性。
Objective: To detect the ultra-early hemodynamic changes of cerebral infarction by using cerebral circulation dynamic detector (CVA), and to explore the value of CVA in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods: CVA and CT were performed in 128 cases of early and acute cerebral infarction. The differences and correlations between the two indexes and the control group were compared. Results: 1 The results of CVA and CT were consistent (P <0.05). The positive rate of CVA was higher (P0.01), the positive rate of CVA was 95.1 6% and the CT was 1 6.1 3%; 2 CVA abnormality side and CT and clinical examination of the abnormal side of a higher consistency (P <0.0001); 3 non-lacunar infarction, multiple infarcts and ultra-early infarction patients with CVA abnormal significant . Conclusion: The CVA test is sensitive to the ultra-early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. It is of importance for the ultra-early treatment of the disease and prognosis evaluation.
