本文报道了淡水鱼类细菌性败血症的肝、脾、肾组织亚显微病理变化及防治方法,井比较了鲫、团头鲂、鲢、鳙患此病后的症状和病理变化都基本相同,呈败血症症状,只是垂死的鲫较团头鲂、鲢、鳙为严重而已,这与鲫的生命力较强有关。在光学显微镜还不能察觉细胞组织的病变时,在电镜下已呈现出细胞病理变化,肝、脾、肾等脏器最早出现的病变是细胞的膜性结构受损。在光学显微镜下看到肝细胞中有很多被苏木素深染的丝状物是高度密集成束的粗面内浆网,这是机体的一种补偿性反应。根据病原、病理变化及发病机理,研制出复合新药—鱼泰8号,并提出三步曲治疗方法及16条治疗注意事项,从而确保治愈率在95%以上,治愈了2000多公顷内的病鱼。从改善环境、加强饲养管理,提高鱼体抵抗力、及时杀灭病原出发,提出10菜综合预防措施,在300公顷的鱼池中实施后均未发病。
