据中国烹饪协会不完全统计,今年春节期间部分餐饮企业浪费现象比往年减少约80%,餐厨垃圾同比减少50%。全国除近40%的餐饮企业很少预订外,60%左右的企业都出现退订现象,其中退订率在20%以上的企业超过10%。春节这一新的气象是响应中央厉行勤俭节约、反对铺张浪费号召的结果,同时也得益于数天内就影响千万人的“光盘”行动的推进。
According to the incomplete statistics of China Cuisine Association, part of the catering enterprises’ waste was reduced by 80% over the previous year and that of food waste decreased by 50% over the same period of last year. Nearly 40% of catering enterprises in the country rarely subscribe, and about 60% of them cancel their subscriptions. Among them, over 10% of those with unsubscription rates above 20%. This new climate of the Spring Festival is the response to the Central Government’s call for thrift and economy and opposition to extravagance and waste. It also benefits from the promotion of CD-ROM operations that affect tens of millions of people in a matter of days.
