研制了一套高精度的金属液流动性检测装置,设计了基于单片机的控制系统;以恒定的浇注温度及压力,完成了合金液的自动浇注。较常规的采用螺旋试样法的流动性检测装置,其准确度、可重复性均显著提升。以该装置来探究Al合金液的浇注温度与其流动性之间的相关性;发现提升浇注温度,其流动性呈逐渐上升趋势,增幅最大值为17 mm/℃。
A set of high precision liquid metal fluidity testing device was developed and a control system based on single chip computer was designed. With the constant pouring temperature and pressure, the alloy liquid was automatically poured. Compared with the conventional fluidity testing device using the spiral sample method, the accuracy and repeatability are significantly improved. The relationship between the pouring temperature of Al alloy liquid and its fluidity was explored by this device. It was found that the fluidity of the pouring temperature of Al alloy gradually increased with the increase of 17 mm / ℃.
