目的:通过一年来对静脉药物配置中心在医嘱审核时出现的不合理医嘱的分析,使我院静脉药物能更合理配置,确保最终输液的安全稳定性,以促进临床用药安全有效。方法:抽取我院静脉药物配置中心2009年9月～2010年8月静脉用药医嘱审核记录。结果:审核出的不合理用药医嘱,及时反馈给临床。结论:更好的发挥药师的作用,严格用药配伍,使我院静脉药物配置更上一个台阶。
OBJECTIVE: Through the analysis of unreasonable doctor’s orders appearing during the vetting review during the past year, the venous medicine in our hospital can be more reasonably configured to ensure the safety and stability of the final infusion and to promote the safe and effective clinical medication. Methods: Venous drug prescription center in our hospital from September 2009 to August 2010 intravenous medication orders audit records. Results: The irrational medical examination orders, feedback to the clinical timely. Conclusion: To better play the role of pharmacists, strict drug compatibility, so that our hospital intravenous drug configuration to a higher level.
