广西壮族自治区在乡村教师队伍建设方面存在以下问题:乡村教师编制不足、教师队伍整体素质不高、教师培训效果不佳、机制激励作用不明显、教师尊严感和荣誉感不强。针对这些问题,本文提出加强乡村教师队伍建设的对策:确保乡村教师“留得下、招得到、教得好”;改革乡村教师队伍的激励机制,激发乡村教师队伍的活力和积极性;努力消除乡村教师面临的各种顾虑;促进乡村教师队伍可持续发展
