身体素质,通常指的是人体肌肉活动的基本能力,是人体各器官系统的机能在肌肉工作中的综合反映。身体素质一般包括力量、速度、耐力、灵敏、柔韧等。身体素质经常潜在地表现在人们的生活、学习和劳动中,自然也表现在体育锻炼方面。身体素质的强弱是衡量一个人体质状况的重要标志之一。身体素质的发展,对增强人的体质和健康有重要意义。
Physical fitness, usually refers to the basic ability of human muscle activity, the body’s various organ systems in the muscle function in a comprehensive reflection of the work. Physical fitness generally includes strength, speed, endurance, sensitivity, flexibility and so on. Physical fitness is often manifested in the potential of people’s lives, learning and work, but also naturally in physical exercise. The strength of physical fitness is one of the important indicators of a person’s physical condition. The development of physical fitness is of great significance to enhancing people’s physique and health.
