在干摩擦状态下研究了纯聚四氟已烯及加入稀土元素后的摩擦磨损特性.结果表明在PTFE中加入适量的稀土元素后能降低PTFE的摩擦系数和磨损量,且不会在对偶件上造成划伤.经过分析得知,对磨时稀土元素的晶粒细化作用是降低摩擦系数和磨损量的主要原因.
The friction and wear properties of pure polytetrafluoro-hexene and rare earth elements were studied under dry friction condition. The results show that adding appropriate amount of rare earth elements in PTFE can reduce the friction coefficient and wear of PTFE, and will not cause scratches on the duality. After analysis, we know that the grain refinement of rare earth elements is the main reason to reduce the friction coefficient and wear amount.
