本文是根据美国GE公司(General Electric Company)威廉 E.米勒等人写的《Applicationof distributed computer contral systems to modernization of metal rolling mills》一文编译而成的。原文曾发表在国际自动化年会上。文中以热轧带钢为例,较详细地论述了分布式计算机控制系统(DCCS)和系统的实现。这里主要介绍原文给出的系统总体结构,几种系统方案的讨论及实现方法,其中包括GE公司采用的一些新技术,供有关人员参考。由于笔者水平有限,且本文涉及专业领域较宽,因此难免有误,欢迎批评指正。
This article is based on the article “Application of distributed computer contral systems to modernization of metal rolling mills” by William E. Miller et al., General Electric Company. The original was published at the International Conference on Automation. In this paper, hot strip is taken as an example to describe the implementation of distributed computer control system (DCCS) and system in more detail. This article mainly introduces the overall structure of the system, the discussion and implementation of several system solutions, including some of the new technologies used by GE, for the reference of the relevant personnel. Due to the limited level of the author, and this article covers a wide area of expertise, it is inevitable that we welcome criticism and correction.
