无论是在日常教学工作中,还是在教学观摩展示活动中,每位一线教师都有看课的机会,也都或多或少地有过看课的经历,有时还会对所看到的课做进一步的分析和判断。但是,看课是有技巧可言的,不同的看课目的和视角会有不同的收获。然而,就看课而言,如何才能在看课过程中捕捉到更多的信息?得到更大的启发?以及如何分析才能够做到更加客观和准确?基于这些问题,本刊邀请中央教育科学研究所的于素梅博士,从具体案例分析出发,集中探讨为什么一线教师需要看课(看课的重要性和目的)?怎么样看课(看课的方法)?以求能够帮助广大教师从课中得到新的启发和更多的感悟,从看课中获得更多的选题视角并能够做深入的研究,由此促进专业化水平的提高,并向研究型方向发展。
