杨振宁博士说过:“进入信息社会以来,没有人们的共同参与,相互合作,任何重大发明都是不可能的。”确实,合作意识与合作能力已经成为当今人们生存发展的重要品质。新课标对学生合作能力的培养作出了很多阐述,在此,我就合作学习谈一点自己的认识与做法。合作是指课堂教学中教师与学生,学生与学生之间对教学目标、教学活动在心理上的认同,在行为上的配合,没有合作,课堂就会显得没有生气,师生就很难形成教育学的默契,教学效果也不易达到预设的目标。教师在组织教学时,应充分把握教材特点,有意识地创造合作条件,让学生在学习过程中得到合作能力的培养。
