绩效考评是现代组织管理制度的重要内容。我国基层政府工作效能问题日益受到关注,基层政府也积极应对,创新实施了多种绩效考核方式方法,但总体而言仍有很多不足需要改进。分析了我国基层政府绩效考评现状,从中发现问题,并有针对性地从绩效考评法规完善、考评指标体系优化和考评内容流程优化三个方面提出解决策略。绩效考核是人力资源管理的核心内容,也是现代企业制度的重要内容,企业实施管理行为离不开人力资源绩效
Performance evaluation is an important part of modern organization and management system. The efficiency of grassroots government in our country is paid more and more attention. The grassroots government also proactively responded to and innovated and implemented a variety of performance assessment methods. However, there are still many deficiencies that need improvement in general. This paper analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of grassroots government in our country, finds out the problems from it, and puts forward the solutions in three aspects: perfecting the performance appraisal regulations, optimizing the appraisal index system and optimizing the appraisal content process.
