带传动是平衡机主要传动方式之一,在立式平衡机和卧式平衡机上都有应用。特别是平带传动在高精度、高平衡转速中小型平衡机中使用的尤为普遍。但是带传动的同频干扰振动和“拍击”干扰振动对平衡机的精度和示值稳定性有很大影响。本文提出带传动固有振动的分析方法和固有频率的计算公式,并且讨论了带速对固有频率的影响。所提出的计算公式也适用于其他高精度装置和仪器的带传动,并给出了一个计算举例。图4幅,参考文献5种。
Belt drive is one of the main transmission mode of balancing machine. It has application in vertical balancing machine and horizontal balancing machine. In particular, flat belt drive in the high-precision, high-speed balancing machine used in small and medium-sized balance is particularly common. However, the co-channel interference with belt drive and “slap” interference vibration have a great influence on the accuracy and indication stability of the balancing machine. In this paper, the analysis method of inherent vibration of belt drive and the calculation formula of natural frequency are proposed, and the influence of belt speed on natural frequency is discussed. The proposed formula also applies to belt drives for other high-precision devices and instruments and gives an example of calculation. Figure 4, reference 5.
