研究了不同地理种群褐飞虱对水稻抗性品种、若虫高密度、高温、饥饿和杀虫剂等逆境条件的抗性 .结果表明 ,广西和云南种群褐飞虱对抗虫品种的适应性比浙江种群强而广 ,浙江种群只能适应抗虫品种IR2 6而广西和云南种群则还能适应抗性更高的ASD7和RathuHeenati .广西和云南种群较能适应高密度环境 ,而浙江种群的适应性较差 ,其雌虫短翅率与若虫密度呈显著负相关 .虽然广西和云南种群对高温的忍受性比浙江种群的强但对饥饿的耐性则明显较弱 .对氧化乐果的耐药性浙江种群比广西种群略强 ,说明不同地理种群褐飞虱对逆境条件的抗性差异主要是由于他们长期适应了各自所处的特定生存环境引起的 .
The results showed that the brown planthopper in Guangxi and Yunnan populations were more adaptive to insect-resistant varieties than the Zhejiang population Guangxi and Yunnan populations were only able to adapt to the insect-resistant species IR2 6 and Guangxi and Yunnan populations were more resistant to ASD7 and RathuHeenati.Guangxi and Yunnan populations were more able to adapt to high-density environment, while Zhejiang population was less adaptable, There was a significant negative correlation between the female short-fin ratio and nymph density.While the tolerance of Guangxi and Yunnan populations to high temperature was significantly weaker than that of Zhejiang population, but the resistance to starvation was significantly weaker.The resistance to omethoate Guangxi population is slightly stronger, indicating that the differences in resistance of BPH to different adversities among different geographical populations are mainly due to their long-term adaptation to their specific living environment.
