针对极软厚煤层综放工作面支架 围岩相互作用关系,通过数值模拟计算,研究了基于支架 围岩力学场的支架受力和变形特征.通过对顶梁受力、位移等力学现象的动态分析,可以看出围岩对支架的作用是一个渐变的过程.研究得出极软厚煤层综放开采不同支架参数对支架变形的影响,提出了轻放支架架型设计的基本原则.图8,参10.
According to the interaction between the surrounding rock of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face in extremely soft thick coal seam, the mechanical and structural characteristics of the support based on the mechanics field of the surrounding rock of the support were studied by numerical simulation. Through the dynamic analysis of mechanical phenomena such as the stress and displacement of the top beam, It can be seen that the effect of surrounding rock on the support is a gradual process.The effect of different support parameters on the support deformation of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in very soft thick seam has been studied and the basic principle of support design for light support has been put forward.Figure 8: 10.
