近年来返回学校学习英语的成人数量越来越多。在成人教育蓬勃兴起之时,教学效果却并不尽如人意。本文通过对成人英语学习动机的调查分析,旨在了解成人的学习动机,为教育教学提供参考,更好地帮助成人学习。本文对金华电大在读学员中的204人进行了问卷调查,从社交接触、社会刺激、职业进展、外界期望、认知兴趣、个人发展、竞争、表现、学习环境等方面调查了成人英语学习动机的类型,发现:成人的学习动机中以竞争取向最为强烈,然后是个人发展和表现取向等,并根据发现的问题对教学提出了一些建议,如课程改革应适应成人的需求,倡导学习过程个性化等。
In recent years, more and more adults return to school to learn English. When adult education is booming, the teaching effect is not satisfactory. Through the investigation and analysis of adult English learning motivation, this article aims to understand adult learning motivation, provide reference for education and teaching, and help adults learn better.
