Students’ vocabulary learning and memory problems have always been a difficult point in English learning. The most painful part of the learning process is that students can not remember the vocabulary they have learned. As an English teacher, they must first help students to effectively learn and remember words. This article elaborates how to effectively help students to improve the efficiency of English vocabulary learning and memory from two aspects of teaching and learning in vocabulary teaching.
