Objective: To compare the treatment of children with Hp infection and peptic ulcer to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 80 children with Hp infection and peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40), omeprazole + amoxicillin + Metronidazole treatment) and control group (40 patients given ranitidine + amoxicillin + metronidazole treatment), after 4 weeks of treatment were compared ulcer healing, Hp eradication, serum prostaglandin E2 (PGE2 ) And epithelial cell growth factor (EGF) levels. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 97.5% and 87.5%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant. Hp eradication rate (85.00%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (62.50%), the difference was statistically significant. Hp eradication time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of PGE2 and EGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. PGE2 and EGF levels after treatment were higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole in children with Hp infection and peptic ulcer has better clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate, which can improve the clinical symptoms and mucosal repair of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
