Objective: To investigate the effect of brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) on heart rate variability in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 86 type 2 diabetic patients treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as subjects. 86 non-diabetic patients in our hospital were selected during the same period. Balanced age, sex, hypertension and other related factors were randomly selected. All patients underwent electrocardiogram, two echocardiography examination, and heart rate variability detection time and frequency domain indicators, the use of 24-h dual-channel Hoher analysis system, continuous recording 24 h ECG after the tape playback; automatic detection of 24 h Of sinus beats, HRV time and frequency domain analysis. Venous blood samples were collected, centrifuged and serum was analyzed at 3000 r / min. Ten minutes after centrifugation, NT-pro BNP assay was performed with AQT90 FLEX rapid immunoassay analyzer manufactured by Lemmitt, Denmark. Results: The differences of NT-pro BNP and HRV between the two groups were statistically significant. The time domain analysis indicators SDNN, DANN, RMSSD, PNN50 and the LF, HF and VLF data of the two groups There was a significant difference between NT-pro BNP and SDNN, DANN, LF and VLF. There was no significant correlation between NT-pro BNP and RMSSD, PNN50 and HF. Conclusion: The level of NT-pro BNP in type 2 diabetic patients is correlated with HRV, which can reflect the degree of cardiac autonomic nerve injury in type 2 diabetic patients and may serve as a reference for diagnosing type 2 diabetes mellitus.
