Graves 病甲亢存在着多种免疫学异常.本文作者发现此类病人血清中存在有抗脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)抗体。采用放射免疫法定量测定抗双链 DNA 抗体,清度>20U/ml 为阳性,10~19U/ml为弱阳性,<9U/ml 为阴性。同时测定抗甲状腺微粒体抗体、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗核抗体、甲状腺刺激激素结合抑制免疫球蛋白(TBII)和补体 C_3及C_4。16例未经治疗的 Graves 病甲亢(未治组)患者抗 DNA 抗体阳性率为100%,其中弱阳性2例;56例他巴唑治疗者(他巴唑组)血清 T_3、T_4水平正常,疗程2年以上者抗 DNA 抗体阳性率55%,其中弱阳性23例(41%); 32例慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎者(慢甲炎组)抗 DNA 抗体阳性率53%。后两组与未治组比较,抗 DNA 抗体阳性率差异显著。另14例单纯性甲状腺肿者抗 DNA 抗体全部阴性,5例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)者该抗体全部阳性。将56例他巴唑治疗患者按照 T_3抑制试验结果分为可抑制组(35例)和不可抑制组(21例)。可抑制组抗 DNA 抗体阳性率为40%,不可抑制组阳性率为81%。另有7例 Graves 甲亢手术后5年以上者(研
