对建筑钢结构Q255厚板进行了焊接工艺参数优化,并在优化工艺下对焊接接头的显微硬度、常温拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明,建筑钢结构Q255厚板的优化焊接工艺参数为:激光功率5 600 W、电弧电流180 A、焊接速度1.3 m/min、离焦量-1 mm、光斑偏移0.6 mm;焊接接头的常温拉伸力学性能符合要求,断裂位置在母材区域,焊接件具有良好的塑性。
The structural parameters of Q255 thick steel plate were optimized, and the microhardness and tensile properties at room temperature of the welded joint were tested under the optimized process. The results show that the optimized welding parameters of Q255 steel plate are: laser power of 5 600 W, arc current of 180 A, welding speed of 1.3 m / min, defocus amount of -1 mm and spot shift of 0.6 mm. Tensile mechanical properties at room temperature to meet the requirements, the location of fracture in the base metal region, the weld has good plasticity.
