“合作学习”已走进当今课堂。合作学习是针对教学条件下学习的组织活动形式而言的,相对的是“个体学习”。是指在小组或团队为了完成共同的任务,经历动手实践、自主探索和合作交流的过程,有明确分工的相互性学习,在小学数学教学中,开展合作学习,能积极地相互支持、配合,特别是面对面的促进性的互动,积极承担在完成共同任务中个人的责任,使所有学生能进行有效地沟通,建立并维护小组成员之间的相互信任,有效地解决组内冲突。让学生在宽松、和谐、合作、民主的课堂氛围中主动学习,相互交流、合作竞争、想象创造,既培养了学生的合作意识,又培养了主动学习的能力。
