术科教师是高等体育教育中隐形教育的重要因素,他们的素质高低直接影响着学生素质的水平。用文献资料法、专家访谈法等来识别术科教师的隐性知识,并通过一定的途径来开发利用和保有创新,使隐性知识在隐性课程中得到充分地利用。这样不仅充分发挥了术科教师教师的主导作用,让学生充分感受到体育的魅力;而且拓宽了学生的视野,丰富了学生的体育知识,充分发挥了高校体育隐性课程的育人作用。
Technical teachers are the important factors of invisible education in higher physical education. Their quality directly affects the quality of students. Identify the tacit knowledge of the technical teachers by using the method of literature and information, expert interviews and so on, and exploit and utilize the innovations through certain ways so that the tacit knowledge can be fully utilized in the tacit curriculum. This not only gave full play to the leading role of the teachers of technical teachers, so that students fully feel the charm of sports; but also broaden the horizons of students, enriching students’ knowledge of physical education, give full play to the implicit role of college physical education.
