飞机电缆线束在制造完成后,除按照工程图纸目视检查外,必须使用测试仪器/表对所有线路进行测试,以排除未按照工程图纸正确装配,以及电缆本身可能存在的缺陷等故障。本文从测试原理、适航要求等方面,对各项目测试的参数进行了分析,提出参数选择建议;同时结合实际情况,对测试中发现的常见故障进行了归纳整理。
After the manufacture of the aircraft cable harnesses, in addition to the visual inspection according to the drawings, all circuits must be tested with test instruments / meters to eliminate faults such as improper assembly according to engineering drawings and possible defects in the cables themselves. In this paper, the parameters of each project are analyzed from the aspects of test principle, airworthiness requirements and so on, and the suggestions of parameter selection are put forward. At the same time, the common faults found in the test are summarized according to the actual situation.
