近红外光谱作为光谱分析技术中的一种检测技术,自上个世纪80年代至今,有了较大的进展,形成了同类检测技术中比较快速、准确、稳定性强和操作方面等突出的优点,而且在各类植物害虫的检疫领域都得到了很高的重视。但是目前在我国特别是一些县级的小型植保站中,对近红外光谱检测技术的研究及应用都相当少,或者是处于起步阶段。针对上述问题,通过对近红外光谱检测技术的原理进行简单的阐述,以及将其在部分植物害虫检疫中的应用做了概括性的探讨,指出了其在植物害虫检疫中具有省时省力、方便快捷等实际优点,并对近红外光谱检测技术在植物害虫检疫中的研究提出了相应的研究方向,以期为业内近红外光谱检测技术的研究上提供依据。
