确保食品安全是全面建设小康社会的关键环节。改革开放以来,我们用30多年时间解决了人民吃得饱的问题进入新的发展阶段,必须下决心解决群众吃得好、吃得安全的问题。提高食品安全水平也是转变经济发展方式的必然要求,有利于增强国际国内对“中国制造”的信心,有利于开拓十几亿人口大市场、促进内需扩大。保障食品安全还是创新社会管理、维护和谐稳定的重要内容。必须坚定信心、迎难而上,打好食品安全攻坚战和持久战。
Ensuring food safety is a key link in building an overall well-to-do society. Since the reform and opening up, we have solved the problem that the people have enough to eat in more than 30 years and have entered a new stage of development. We must make up our mind to solve the problem of the masses eating well and eating safely. Raising the level of food safety is also an inevitable requirement for transforming the mode of economic development, which is conducive to enhancing international and domestic confidence in “Made in China”, helping to open up a huge market of over one billion people and promoting the expansion of domestic demand. Safeguarding food safety is also an important part of managing social innovation and maintaining harmony and stability. We must strengthen our confidence, face difficulties and lay a solid foundation for long-standing war on food security.
