该设备系利用油压装置将测力金属探头匀速压入地下,通过电阻应变仪器,测定贯入阻力,以确定地基承载力、变形模量等物理力学指标,改变了过去土和砂层的浅基础要进行钻探——取样——化验按土壤的物理指标查表的烦琐程序。能较精确、简便、迅速地提供地基承载力及地质力学分层资料,生产效率比一般机械钻探提高工效3~6倍。适用于铁路、公路、厂矿、城建、水电等工程中软土、砂性土、粘性土的地层勘探,对于解决钻探取样困难的软土地区有显著功效。
The equipment uses a hydraulic device to press the metal force probe into the ground at a constant speed. Through resistance strain instruments, the penetration resistance is measured to determine the physical and mechanical indexes such as the bearing capacity and deformation modulus of the foundation, which has changed the shallowness of the soil and sand layers in the past. The basics of drilling—sampling—test the cumbersome process of checking the table according to the physical indicators of the soil. It can provide ground bearing capacity and geomechanical stratification data more accurately, simply and quickly, and the production efficiency is 3 to 6 times higher than that of general mechanical drilling. It is applicable to the exploration of soft soil, sandy soil and cohesive soil in railway, highway, factory, mining, urban construction, and hydropower projects, and has significant effects in solving soft soil areas where drilling sampling is difficult.
