介绍了100 t转炉应用脱磷预处理直炼工艺提高终点命中率的生产实践。冷料比为20%、25%、28%的条件下,优化脱磷、脱碳期供氧和造渣工艺,脱磷期耗氧比从传统工艺的20%~30%提高到30%~50%,脱碳期渣料加入量控制在8~15 kg/t。50炉工业试验结果表明,脱碳期一倒温度达到常规冶炼控制水平,一倒[C]、[P]控制水平明显好于常规冶炼工艺。
This paper introduces the production practice of 100t BOF dephosphorization pretreatment direct refining process to increase the rate of end hit. Under the conditions of 20%, 25%, 28%, the oxygen supply and the slag making process in the dephosphorization and decarburization are optimized. The oxygen consumption ratio during dephosphorization is increased from 20% ~ 30% of the traditional process to 30% 50%, decarburization slag amount added in the control of 8 ~ 15 kg / t. 50 furnace industrial test results show that one down temperature during the decarburization reaches the control level of conventional smelting, one down [C], [P] control level is significantly better than the conventional smelting process.
