7Y-0.5型三轮运输车使用中,后桥半轴花键易扭断及出现裂纹,原因是花键部分(Φ25毫米)比杆部(Φ27毫米)细(见图),强度不够。当三轮运输车在高低不平路面上行驶时,容易产生瞬时冲击载荷,以致使花键轴部分首先被扭断。在对5.9千瓦(8马力)载重0.8吨的三轮运输车后桥半轴结构进行设计时,采用了等强度结构,使杆部直径与花键部分的直径相同,从而可避免花键部分扭断现象。 R6处出现的裂纹属于疲劳裂纹,主要是由于表
