采用电气特性优化模型,对河北钢铁集团150tLF炉进行了电气特性曲线分析,计算了1至4档电压下各工作点的电气参数,优化了现有的供电制度,达到了缩短精炼时间,提高LF热效率的目的。研究结果表明:该150tLF炉1至4档电压下的加热速度在2.46~4.25℃/min之间;通过优化供电制度,加热期间的功率因子由0.5提高到0.72,热效率由0.68提高到0.82,加热速度提高了0.93℃/min,吨钢成本可节约4元。
Based on the electrical characteristics optimization model, the electrical characteristics of Hebei Iron and Steel Group 150tLF furnace were analyzed.
