目的建立一种测定保健食品中左旋肉碱的脉冲安培检测-高效阴离子色谱新方法。方法样品经乙醚溶解分散,用1.0mmol/L盐酸萃取其中的左旋肉碱后,上清液进离子色谱仪测定。以200mmmol/LNaOH为流动相,采用Amino PAC PA10氨基酸分离柱分离,Au为工作电极的脉冲安培检测器检测。结果左旋肉碱在0.08~1.00mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准溶液测定的峰面积和保留时间的RSD为3.97%和0.62%,日间RSD为5.66%和0.69%。将此法用于保健食品样品分析,样品平均加标回收率为95.6%~113.5%,样品测定结果的RSD为7.34%。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,15min可完成一次分析,适于保健品中左旋肉碱的定量快速检测。
Objective To establish a pulsed amperometric detection of L-carnitine in health foods - a new method of high performance anion chromatography. Methods The samples were dissolved in diethyl ether and the L-carnitine was extracted with 1.0 mmol / L hydrochloric acid. The supernatant was determined by ion chromatography. Using 200 mmol / L NaOH as the mobile phase, Amino PAC PA10 amino acid separation column was used for separation. Au was used as the working electrode pulsed amperometric detector. Results The linear range of L-carnitine was 0.08-1.00mg / ml. The RSD of peak area and retention time of standard solution were 3.97% and 0.62%, and the intraday RSD was 5.66% and 0.69% respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of health food samples. The average recoveries of samples were 95.6% ~ 113.5%. The RSDs of samples were 7.34%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, reproducible, and can be analyzed in 15 minutes. It is suitable for rapid quantitative determination of L-carnitine in health care products.
