该文介绍青藏铁路(格拉段)线路视频监控项目的主要情况,以原项目进度严重滞后但随后迎头赶上的整改进度管理工作为例,应用项目管理的相关工具,重点分析、比较关键路径,找出主要问题,提出解决办法,结合青藏高原施工的特点,制定了较为科学有效的进度计划,最终在一个月时间里,通过验收,圆满完成项目。该研究者作为该项目总包单位的现场项目经理,负责进度管理并主管视频前端设备的技术事宜。
This article introduces the main situation of the video surveillance project on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway (Gela section). Taking the rectification and progress management work of the original project seriously lagging behind but catching up later, this paper uses the relevant tools of project management to focus on analyzing and comparing the key paths to find out The main problems, propose solutions, combined with the characteristics of the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, developed a more scientific and effective schedule, and ultimately in a month’s time, through the acceptance, the successful completion of the project. The researcher works as an on-site project manager for the project’s turnkey project and is responsible for managing the progress and managing the technical aspects of the video front-end equipment.
