目的评价量化绩效考核在社区护理人员工作中的应用。方法对本中心护理部的护理人员33人,进行工作分析、制定考核标准、制定考核项目具体实施方法、进行考核评价并统计患者和医生的满意度。结果量化考核的平均成绩达到(91.21±1.74)分,且实施后患者和医生的满意度都显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护士绩效进行评估,可以提高社区护理人员的积极性,促进了高质量管理工作的顺利发展,提高患者和医生的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application of quantitative performance appraisal in the work of community nurses. Methods 33 nurses from Nursing Department of our center conducted work analysis, formulated assessment standards, formulated specific implementation methods of assessment items, evaluated and evaluated the satisfaction of patients and doctors. Results The average score of quantitative examination reached (91.21 ± 1.74) points, and the satisfaction of patients and doctors after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Evaluating the performance of nurses can improve the enthusiasm of community nursing staff, promote the smooth development of high quality management and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors.
