对眼斑星丽鱼(Astronotus ocellatus)的形态特征、生活习性、生长特性、繁殖特性等生物学特性及其核型进行初步研究。结果表明,眼斑星丽鱼对温度适应性广,最低耐受温度为11.4℃;耐盐性试验中,幼鱼组和成鱼组达到盐度32的死亡率分别为23.7%和15.4%。体长和体重的相关关系为:W=0.0911L2.7233(r=0.9612);生长速度快,性成熟年龄为1龄,分批产卵,卵粘性;胚胎发育阶段所需积温为1 466.4℃.h;染色体数目为2n=48,核型公式为4m+20sm+18st+6t,NF=78。
The biological characteristics and karyotypes of Astronotus ocellatus were studied preliminarily on morphological characteristics, living habits, growth characteristics and reproductive characteristics. The results showed that the fish were sensitive to temperature and the lowest tolerable temperature was 11.4 ℃. In the salt tolerance test, the mortality rates of salinity 32 in juvenile fish and adult fish were 23.7% and 15.4% respectively.
