棘球蚴病是一种危害人类健康和畜牧业发展的人兽共患寄生虫病,呈世界性分布,由细粒棘球蚴或泡状棘球蚴在宿主体内寄生造成,这两种棘球蚴在宿主体内能够生长发育,与其复杂有效的免疫逃避机制密不可分。根据近年来的研究文献,本文综述了棘球蚴逃避宿主防御免疫攻击的机制,指出了研究棘球蚴免疫逃避机制的意义和今后努力的方向。
Echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease that is detrimental to human health and animal husbandry development. It is worldwide and is caused by parasites of Echinococcus granulosus or Echinococcus granulosus in the host body, both of which Echinococcosis in the host can grow and develop, with its complex and effective immune evasion mechanism are inseparable. According to the research literature in recent years, the mechanism of Echinococcus esophagealis escaping immune defense against host defense is reviewed in this paper. The significance of studying immune escape mechanism of Echinococcus granulosus and the direction of future efforts are pointed out.
