“三从一大”原则的核心是从实践出发,就是要将奥运赛场的残酷性、对抗强度、比赛压力体现在训练中。本文主要就运动中常见的运动恢复手段进行论述,就如何做到出成绩的同时保证运动员不受伤,并延长其运动寿命进行探讨。
The core of the “three from one big” principle is to practice from the point of view that the cruelty of the Olympic arena, the strength of confrontation and the pressure of competition are reflected in the training. This article mainly discusses the means of sports recovery which is common in sports and discusses how to accomplish the results while keeping the athletes free of injury and prolonging their sports life.
