在中国近代历史上,冯玉祥是一位有重要影响的军事家、政治家。他一生追求进步、爱国爱民,为国家和人民做了许多好事。他出生于平民阶级,社会下层的生活环境和当时的社会背景是他的思想源泉。当他主政一方时,即把他的民本思想付诸实践,在其辖区内采取了许多便民措施,他也因此得到了人民的赞誉。
