目的探讨自锁托槽结合微种植体支抗对拨牙间隙关闭的临床效果。方法选取34例需中重度支抗拨牙的患者资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组为使用自锁托槽和微种植体支抗关闭拨牙间隙的患者,对照组为使用真丝弓托槽和口外弓支抗来关闭拨牙间隙的患者。观察两组患者的治疗前后尖牙牙根的长度、尖牙牙槽骨的高度、拨牙间隙的关闭速度和关闭量。结果观察组牙根长度变化值(0.22±0.08)mm和牙槽骨高度变化值(0.25±0.13)与对照组牙根长度变化值(0.28±0.12)mm及牙槽骨高度变化值(0.33±0.07)mm比较差异无统计学意义;观察组拨牙间隙关闭速度(1.05±0.05)mm/min与对照组拨牙间隙关闭速度(0.73±0.06)mm比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自锁托槽结合微种植体支抗可加快拨牙间隙关闭的速度,摩擦力小,使尖牙能在松质骨中移动,从而前牙内收快,缩短疗程,且具有良好的实用性与安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-ligating brackets combined with micro-implant support on the gap closing of toe gap. Methods The data of 34 patients with moderate to severe dental calluses were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. Of the patients in the control group were patients with a closed bowel gap using a sling of the sagittal arch and a bowel support. Before and after treatment, the length of canine root, the height of canine alveolar bone, the closing speed and closing volume of dial gap were observed. Results The changes of the root length and the alveolar bone height were 0.22 ± 0.08 mm in the observation group and 0.28 ± 0.12 mm in the control group and 0.33 ± 0.07 in the alveolar bone. mm in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (0.73 ± 0.06) mm (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Self-ligating brackets combined with micro-implant anchorage can speed up the closing of tooth gap, and the friction is small so that the canine can move in the cancellous bone, thus the front teeth can be quickly closed and shorten the course of treatment, and has good practicability And safety.
