一支关于IBM客户关系管理解决方案的《药店篇》广告近来引起了观众的兴趣,国内某电视台还就此广告片作了采访报道与幕后挖掘。广告讲述一位擦着眼泪的男子进了一家门前高悬“热情服务月”条幅的药店,售货员百般殷勤却抓不住要点。甚至男子还未发言就被认定是“得了什么不好说的病”,最后,男子终于说出来原来只是要瓶眼药水。紧接着是旁白介绍IBM客户关系管理解决方案系统。
An advertisement for “pharmacy articles” about IBM CRM solutions has recently attracted the audience’s interest. A domestic television station also made interviews and coverage behind this commercial. The ad tells a man who wipes his tears into a drugstore with a “passionate service” banner hanging in front of him, and his salesman is obsessed with every possible way. Even a man who has not spoken is judged to be “ill-gotten ill-gotten.” In the end, the man finally said that it only needed bottle-eye syrup. This is followed by an introduction to the IBM Customer Relationship Management solution system.
