厚荚相思和纹荚相思属含羞草亚科乔木。其种子种皮较硬 ,并有蜡脂保护层 ,如不进行发芽前的处理 ,种子发芽困难 ,发芽率很低 ,影响正确评价种子质量。本研究采用酸蚀重复法 ,迅速而有效地破坏种皮硬度及表面腊质层 ,增加种皮的透水性 ,促使种子吸水膨胀、发芽迅速整齐并提高发芽率。厚荚相思种子第一次酸蚀处理 30min ,第二次 30min ,发芽率为 91% ;纹荚相思种子第一次酸蚀处理 30min ,第二次 2 0min ,发芽率为 5 9%。
Acacia pods and pods Acacia is a sub-mimosa tree. Its seed coat is hard and has a protective layer of wax and fat. Without pre-germination treatment, seed germination is difficult and its germination rate is very low, affecting the correct evaluation of seed quality. In this study, acid etching repeated method, rapid and effective destruction of the seed coat hardness and surface waxy layer, increase seed coat water permeability, promote seed expansion, rapid and tidy germination and improve germination rate. Acacia seed pods first acid etching treatment 30min, the second 30min, the germination rate was 91%; the first acacia seed acid etching treatment 30min, the second 20min, the germination rate was 59%.
