随着我国保险市场的开放,竞争格局的加速形成,给我们带来的既是先进的管理经验和产品、技术的发展机遇,又是抢占市场、争夺业务,渗透服务领域的竞争危机,但最终会加速国内保险业完善经营。如何应对现实?笔者认为针对基层保险公司,文化建设应注意如下六个方面的着眼点:建立完善的组织管理体制,健全系统的规章制度管理,要有持续的教育培训管理,实行严格的行为规范管理,加强优质的服务水准管理,强化高效的运营管理。
