例1:女性、43岁。1976年6月7日初诊。主诉:流恶臭鼻涕、右牙痛、鼻出血。从2～3年前起即有鼻出血,2月前行右上颌窦冲洗时发现巧克力样恶臭的分泌物。疑为恶性肿瘤而转来检查。2年前作过子宫肌瘤摘除术。检查:右中甲后端结痂,用鼻后孔镜观察,见痂皮周围有坏死,易出血。X 线照片:右上颌窦开口附近有浓厚阴影,断层摄影疑上颌窦侧壁部分骨质破坏。全身检查无特殊。1976年6月29日行右上颌窦探
Example 1: Female, 43 years old. June 7, 1976 newly diagnosed. Chief complaint: stream smelly nose, right toothache, nosebleed. From 2 to 3 years ago that there is nosebleed, 2 months ago, right maxillary sinus flush found chocolate-like odor of secretions. Suspected of malignancy and transferred to check. 2 years ago made hysterectomy. Check: the back of a scab in the right middle, after the nasal cavity mirror observation, see necrosis around the crust, bleeding easily. X-ray: There is a strong shadow around the right maxillary sinus opening, tomography suspected skeletal destruction of part of the side wall of the maxillary sinus. No special body check.
